What hardware does the school need?
Fingerprint terminals at the gate and a Windows computer in the office. We supply, install and configure everything as part of the package.
Does it need internet to work?
Only for sending the SMS. Attendance recording works completely offline on your local network — if the connection drops, movements are still captured.
What do the SMS cost?
Messages are bought as prepaid credits from a local Kenyan gateway at standard rates. The school tops up as needed — there is no markup and no monthly minimum.
How long does installation take?
Typically 1–2 days, including mounting the devices, importing your student list and enrolling fingerprints class by class.
Can it use our existing fingerprint devices?
Often, yes. Compatible ZKTeco terminals can usually be reused — we'll confirm your exact models during the site visit.
Do you train our staff?
Yes — on-site training for the office team during installation, plus ongoing support by phone and WhatsApp afterwards.
